I recently stayed at a guest house in Porto for a few days. The staff at Swissporto were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, offering medicine when I wasn't feeling well and even helping with my luggage. The room was spacious and the bathroom was big, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast options were limited, but it saved me the trouble of finding breakfast elsewhere. The location was convenient, with two metro stations just a 10-minute walk away. a great experience!
I would recommend this hotel.

The decoration of the hotel was simply charming, with delicate details and a warm color palette that made me feel right at home. The general areas were also very inviting, with cozy seating areas and beautiful artwork on the walls. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The hallways were spacious and well-lit, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking cane.
I would have loved to see more organized activities or social events specifically catered to senior guests. It would have been nice to have the option to engage with other senior travelers and perhaps participate in guided tours or excursions led by the knowledgeable staff.

Great value for money and amazing staff! The breakfast was simple yet delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. The rooms were modern and comfortable, and the free Wi-Fi was a bonus.
The bathrooms were in need of serious attention, with mold in the shower and a distinct smell present. some rooms had noise pollution from the street, which could be bothersome at night.
